Yes, mama… the “postpartum period” is a heck of a lot longer than the first six weeks after giving birth.  

50% or more of postpartum women are suspected to have nutrient insufficiencies that can contribute to exhaustion, sleep issues, low energy, forgetfulness, and general foggy thinking, if unaddressed can cause symptoms that last up to a decade after giving birth.

My goal is to offer you the tools, resources, and support to inform and empower you. You can change your experience of motherhood with what is on the end of the fork.
