Navigating motherhood can be tough.
Did you know it can take 18 months after childbirth to replenish lost nutrients?
Yes, mama… the “postpartum period” is a heck of a lot longer than the first six weeks after giving birth.
50% or more of postpartum women are suspected to have nutrient insufficiencies that can contribute to exhaustion, sleep issues, low energy, forgetfulness, and general foggy thinking, if unaddressed can cause symptoms that last up to a decade after giving birth.
My goal is to offer you the tools, resources, and support to inform and empower you. You can change your experience of motherhood with what is on the end of the fork.
My heart breaks when I see women struggle with..

What Women Are Saying

I’ve really enjoyed working with her! It was worth every penny!
After one week of eating well, I couldn’t BELIEVE how good I felt. I don’t think I’d ever felt like that.
I had more energy than I knew what to do with. So, I headed to the gym. Between cardio and eating nourishing foods, I felt like I could take on the world.
We were able to address my fatigue and weight gain pre-pregnancy, then we managed my stress and early-pregnancy morning sickness, and most recently we’ve introduced some new balances of foods to help fight anemia and sugar cravings.
I’ve gained less weight this pregnancy, and despite stressful circumstances have been able to keep up my energy and pace.
